HRWise

HRWise is a computer HR System developed specifically for managing the recruitment process between Line management, HR and agencies, incorporating the administration and management of temporary and contract staff.

The HRWise product comprises four modules, namely:

  • Recruitment module
  • Contract and Temporary administration module
  • Invoicing module
  • Reporting module

Recruitment module

Manage the recruitment process and assess the efficiency of agencies with the aid of the following:

  • Manage and administer vacancies
  • Manage Agencies on your Preferred Supplier List.
  • Recording CV’s received
  • Filtering and matching of CV’s
  • Making “an offer” process
  • Employment contract generation
  • Fully email compliant

Company information on job titles and job descriptions are stored, including static data about managers, departments, agencies and contracts. This ensures a standard way of managing the recruitment process.

All communication between departments is conducted via email, again with standard information thus alleviating misinterpretation.

No short cuts! There is a process flow ensuring adherence and compliance with the recruitment process.

Contract and Temporary administration module

This module allows you to manage the temporary and contract administration very effectively with the aid of the following:

  • Generate new contracts of employment
  • Manage contract extensions
  • Manage contract terminations
  • Enquire on contract status
  • Edit contracts
  • Cancel contracts
  • Fully email compliant

Information is available on contractors or temps by department, manager, branch and where appropriate agency, providing demographic statistics.

Standard company contracts will be issued ensuring compliance.

Proactive management of contract extensions. The system alerts you when a contract is due to end depending on parameters set, eg. 6 weeks.

Invoicing module

Used to effectively manage the processing of time sheets and invoices raised by agencies. You are able to:

  • Input time sheets
  • Check time sheets
  • Amend time sheets
  • Log invoices
  • Amend invoices
  • Authorise invoices
  • Invoices by agency

Improved control and reporting of the administration process of invoicing. This has proved to be very cost effective in reducing duplicate billing by agencies.

Reporting module
